Raspberry Jalapeno Chicken

Raspberry jelly, 12oz
Vinegar, 2 tablespoons
Brown sugar, 1 tablespoon
Onion powder, 1 teaspoon
Fresh jalapenos, 2, sliced and seeded
Fresh garlic, 1 clove, sliced

Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, slowly bring to a boil, while stirring. Remove from heat. Place chicken in casserole dish. Top with sauce and cover. Bake until done (30-45 minutes). About 5 minutes before chicken is done, baste and leave uncovered.
