Baked Eggs & Toast

This is a very easy breakfast or snack.

2 eggs
¼ cup milk
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1 slice toast

Preheat oven to 325. Butter ramekin or small baking dish. Pour in milk. Add eggs. Add spices. Baked for about 15 minutes, until whites are set and yolk is still runny or just starting to get firm. Remove to a bowl and serve with toast.

  1. This sounds good! Do you just drop the eggs in the milk?Would it be okay to sprinkle a little paprika on the top of the finished product or would the garlic and onion flavors overwhelm paprika?

  2. Yes, just drop the eggs in the milk.Paprika would be a great addition. You could use it in place of the onion and garlic, too.I thought about adding cayenne, but wasn\’t in the mood for that. It would be a big change because this is a very mild dish.
